The breed that stole our hearts! Our love of boxers began with our sweet Ozzy. Ozzy came to us from a wonderful person who was older an unable to care for the high spirit and bouncing bundle of joy of a boxer. From the moment he came home, Ozzy stole our hearts. If you have ever had a boxer, then you understand! Insanely loyal, extremely loving, a boxer will leave paw marks on your heart that can never be replaced. Ozzy fought a battle with cancer and ultimately crossed that rainbow bridge. This left an enormous hole in our lives, and we mourned his loss greatly. After some time had passed and when nothing else seemed to help heal our hearts, along came Max, and later, Shelby. A little bundle of joy that was just what we needed. It was then that we realized that there were things that could be done to help ensure the vitality and health of this amazing breed. Coupled with an earnest desire to see more homes enjoy the love of a boxer, we decided to begin breeding this amazing companion dog. And thus, Rocky Bottom Boxers was born.
